Making a glasses Stand

First off I've hurt my back decorating my daughters room and this has messed up my doll building! *sigh*... lets say it again *SIGH*
I have been painting more toilets though... but bored with them now soooooo
For this week I'm going to take you back in time to a little something I made some years ago 
A glasses stand
You will need a Toblerone tube
A Fashion Royalty stand
Sticky back plastic
A large needle
Fake mirror
Glue
  1. Cover the Toblerone tube with sticky back plastic
  2. Cut a piece of 'mirror to size and glue on one side
  3. Use a pair of glasses to get dimensions and make pairs of holes for the glasses arms to go through using the large needle
  4. Make a hole in the centre of the Toblerone base for the pole to go up.
  5. If you need to make the base more solid you can always add a triangle of foam core board.
  6. Slide the Toblerone box onto the stand and fill with glasses!
 Short but sweet this week (get it? sweet.... Toblerone is chocolate... OK, I give up)

Simple Wardrobes And Storage

I have a TON of doll clothing and after years of rummaging through bags and never finding what I'm looking for or even remembering what I have so I thought it was time I made some quick, simple and cheap storage.  The cheapest is to use a doll box and just fit a bar for hanging but I wanted something just a little more so this is what I came up with.... You will need Foamcore board I used 5mm thick board 60cm x 84cm Foam 2 Foam glue You can use any glue but this works best I think Ruler Tape measure Pencil Something sharp to cut with (craft knife Cutting board I have a big board but a smaller one would work Metal ruler if possible (Helps with cutting a straight line)  The rods are the metal rods from the Integrity Doll stands. Prams/ Stroller or what ever you call it!... Painting Plastic

I have a little bit of a thing for 'babies' Barbie and co babies that is. I also love prams/buggies/strollers or whatever! For some time I had wanted a mini pram like you see so much in human size these days. Imagine my excitement when I spotted the new Skipper Babysitter Inc pram, it looked (almost) perfect. As soon as I spotted one on Amazon I had to get it AND it was not silly expensive. The pram's come in yellow with a white baby and pink with a black Baby. (Not my photo's) For some reason the pink pram is very hard to find in England, but I did find one on Amazon. The height was good too and worked well with the taller IT dolls. As you can see I painted mine  So next the painting thing The base parts come apart pretty easy but the top peace (bucket) can not be taken apart.
